Job Description

* Lead the delivery of multiple commercial construction projects, including ground-up and renovation work valued at $40M+.

* Oversee project teams while mentoring Project Managers, Project Engineers, and junior staff.

* Drive schedules, budgets, and quality standards from preconstruction through closeout.

* Partner with senior leadership to support the continued growth of a rapidly expanding office.

* Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships while ensuring successful project execution.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Executive should have:

* Proven experience managing commercial construction projects valued at $40M+ annually.

* Track record of leading, developing, and mentoring project teams.

* Ability to successfully manage 2-3 concurrent projects across different sectors.

* Experience in healthcare, higher education, K-12, residential, or other diverse commercial markets is highly desirable.

* OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain it with company support.

Salary: $160,000-$170,000 base salary + annual bonus.
