Job Title: Registered Nurse – Women & Family Center
Location: Ottumwa, IA 52501
Salary: $63,000 – $86,000 annually

Hourly: $30.00 - $41.00 per hour
Bonus: $15,000 sign-on bonus with a 2-year commitment

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join the Women & Family Center in Ottumwa, Iowa . The RN will work under the supervision of the Director and will be responsible for providing nursing care to assigned patients, including women in labor, post-delivery, post-surgical patients, newborn nursery, special care nursery, and pediatrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to Women & Family Center patients
• Complete physical and psychosocial assessments of assigned patients
• Create, update, and individualize Nursing Care Plans in collaboration with patients and families
• Implement and evaluate Nursing Care Plans
• Support and contribute to the Medical Plan of Care

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
• Current Iowa RN License or compact state nursing license allowing practice in Iowa
• Current BCLS certification

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in Maternal Child Nursing or Medical/Surgical nursing preferred, but not required
• NRP certification required within 12 months
• Basic fetal monitoring course required within 12 months
