Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $14.27 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon – 07:00 AM – 11:00 AM Tue – 07:00 AM – 11:00 AM Wed – 07:00 AM – 11:00 AM Thur – 07:00 AM – 11:00 AM Fri – 07:00 AM – 11:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a healthcare location. Monitor front desk activity, assist with visitor check‑in and access control processes, and help to verify identification and authorized entry in accordance with location guidelines. Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed. Observe and report unusual activity, document security‑related events and/or visitor interactions, and support a professional front desk presence throughout the shift. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 2 years of security‑related experience. Be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
