Job Summary
As a Personal Care Assistant at Upscale Home Care, you will play a vital role in delivering bespoke care to senior and disabled individuals in the comfort of their own homes. Our mission is to empower seniors to thrive in their own environment, and we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team.
Responsibilities
Assist clients with daily personal care, including dressing, grooming, bathing, and meal preparation
Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a healthy, clean, and safe environment
Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being
Provide companionship and support with warmth and sensitivity to ensure client comfort and happiness
Requirements
CPR Certification
First Aid Certification
Fingerprint clearance card
Qualifications
Ability to assist clients with mobility safely while maintaining their dignity
Excellent communication skills to interact compassionately with clients and their families
Must be reliable, patient, and possess a genuine desire to help others
