Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, create visualizations, and deliver actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear and concise manner.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates.
- Support data governance and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience with statistical analysis and tools such as Python or R is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of machine learning concepts and predictive analytics.
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems.
