What You’ll DoAs the Barista Lead, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our coffee operations run smoothly while delivering an exceptional experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supporting the barista team to maintain high standards of service and quality.
- Preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages with precision and care.
- Ensuring cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area.
- Managing inventory and supplies to keep operations running seamlessly.
- Providing guidance and training to team members to enhance their skills.
- Delivering excellent customer service and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
We’re seeking someone with:
- At least 1 year of barista experience , preferably in a leadership role.
- A strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A positive attitude and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
