Adecco is happy to present the following opportunity. We’re partnering with a growing manufacturing organization to identify a Corporate Controller to lead accounting and financial operations. This is a high-visibility role working closely with senior leadership and supporting overall business performance. The position will oversee financial reporting, cash management, and internal controls, while also leading and developing an accounting team in a dynamic, operations-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee monthly and annual financial reporting in accordance with GAAP Lead general ledger, consolidations, and management reporting Manage cash flow, forecasting, and banking relationships Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting processes Partner with operations to drive performance and support decision-making Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team Qualifications 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within manufacturing Prior Controller or similar leadership experience Strong background in financial reporting and cost accounting Experience in a multi-location environment is a plus CPA or CMA preferred This is a strong opportunity for someone looking to step into a visible leadership role within a growing manufacturing environment.
