Key Responsibilities of the RN - Labor and Delivery

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit
Assist in labor assessments and delivery procedures
Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs
Educate patients and families on the labor and delivery process
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Requirements of the RN - Labor and Delivery

Valid RN license in Virginia
Current BLS and NRP certifications
Experience in Labor and Delivery nursing preferred
