Job Description Our office is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team. Handle all incoming claim calls from customers. Complete Evidence of Insurance requests. Document each customer contact in eAgent. Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner. Take premium payments from customers. Assist new client's with e-signatures, online accounts and mobile apps Conduct policy and coverage reviews. Provideexceptional customer service. Requirements Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. Great Customer Service Skills. Problem-Solving Capabilities. Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude. Possess a Nevada Property & Casualty insurance license. Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
