Your day as a Account Specialist
As a Full Time Account Specialist at Sheffield Pharmaceuticals in New London, you will play a crucial role in the company by ensuring seamless communication with internal partners such as Purchasing, Operations, and Planning to achieve common objectives. Your responsibilities will include following up on and investigating customer (big box retailers) issues or concerns, to maintain our customer-centric approach and drive continuous improvement. Your problem-solving skills and attention to detail will be key in addressing and resolving any issues efficiently, contributing to our culture of excellence and high performance.
