Set up and operate surface mount technology (SMT) equipment

Perform setup and teardown of feeders handling small components

Assemble electronic components manually as needed

Inspect circuit board assemblies for basic quality checks

Complete required production and process documentation

Enter production data using computer systems

Follow supervisor instructions and support production needs

Maintain compliance with company procedures and safety guidelines

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience in SMT or electronic assembly preferred

Ability to interpret drawings and specifications

Ability to use basic computer systems for data entry

Ability to apply basic math skills in a production environment

Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment

Ability to stand, sit, and lift up to 30 pounds during the workday with or without reasonable accommodations
