As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. This position offers a chance to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving.Responsibilities- Leveraging data analytics to drive strategic insights and informed decision-making for clients- Developing and implementing innovative solutions to optimize business performance and enhance competitive advantage- Utilizing business intelligence tools such as Oracle Business Intelligence and QlikView to create comprehensive reports and dashboards- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored data solutions- Managing data pipelines and confirming data quality and integrity throughout analytics processes- Applying analytical thinking and data science techniques to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights- Collaborating with teams to develop data architecture and visualization strategies that align with client objectives- Engaging in continuous process improvement to enhance data analytics capabilities and methodologies- Navigating complex situations and adapting to changing business contexts to deliver quality outcomes- Mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environmentWhat You Must Have- At least a Bachelor's degree- At least 3 years of experienceWhat Sets You Apart- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Biology/Biomedical Sciences, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Financial Mathematics/Quantitative Finance, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Project/Technology Management, Risk Management/Insurance, Science- Demonstrating proficiency in data visualization tools like QlikView and Spotfire- Utilizing Python and Java for advanced data analytics projects- Developing business intelligence solutions using Oracle BI and BIRT- Engaging in stakeholder management and competitive advantage analysis- Applying analytical thinking to macroeconomic and microeconomic research- Embracing change and continuous process improvement in dynamic environmentsTravel RequirementsUp to 60%Job Posting End DateThe salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
