Role- Senior Scrum Master /Ecommerce/retail or cruise domain
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL
Duration: Long-term
Exp.: 10-12+ Yrs.
Description:
- Strong SAFe Agile experience
• PI Planning and ART-level coordination
• Advanced Jira administration, reporting, and dashboarding
• Jira Automation (Native Jira Automation, JavaScript, Rovo)
• Senior-level Scrum Master coaching experience - Experience supporting multiple teams or an ART
- Serve as a coach at all levels — coaching teams on execution and flow, and coaching leaders and managers on Agile mindset, decision-making, and trade-offs
- Prepare and coach teams for PI Planning, Pre-PI Planning, and In-Quarter Execution
- Drive readiness across backlogs, dependencies, risks, and capacity
- Deep understanding of Agile metrics (flow, predictability, WIP, throughput)
- Preferred: SAFe certification (SSM, SASM, RTE, SPC) or equivalent experience
