This is an amazing opportunity for a skilled welder to earn $25 to $33 hourly on 1st shift with overtime potential. Plus, radically affordable health insurance after 30 days. - $25 to $33 hourly - 1st Shift - Opportunity for overtime - Hands-on welding experience - Room for growth within the company - Affordable health insurance you can actually use, including $5 copays, $5 prescriptions, and free Telehealth services What you'll do as: Welder II - Perform routine welding tasks using MIG, TIG, or Stick techniques - Read and interpret basic blueprints and welding symbols - Assist in the setup and maintenance of welding equipment - Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area - Ask questions to better understand fabrication requirements and company expectations
Skills and Experience
Preferred candidate might: - Prior welding experience minimum of 3 years - Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols - Experience with MIG, TIG, or Stick techniques - Knowledge of welding equipment setup and maintenance - Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures
