Concrete Finisher

Job Title: Concrete Finisher

Pay Rate: $30.00-35.00+ per hour

Location: Colorado Springs, CO

Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with consistent overtime (50 hours weekly expected)

Job Duties:

• Perform a range of construction-related tasks, including flat work, curb and gutter, and form setting.

• Pour and finish large commercial concrete slabs typically ranging from 10,000 to 15,000 square feet.

• Work on commercial projects including commercial buildings, schools, and apartment complexes.

• Float, screed, and finish concrete across projects.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of concrete finishing experience.

• Experience working with finishing tools such as trowels, screeds, floats, and walk-behind finishers.

• Ability to work long hours including early mornings, late nights, and potential weekends.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Colorado Springs, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
