Guitar Technician - Guitar Center

POSITION OVERVIEW Guitar Center seeks a Repair Tech (Guitar) to provide maintenance and repair services on customer‑owned instruments and assist in the maintenance of specific store inventory, continually building and increasing the business through a great customer experience and quality work. Initiative – identifies opportunities & issues and follows through on work activities to capitalize or resolve them; learns quickly and takes positive action without being requested; develops knowledge and skills in product, store operations, sales, and leadership. Sales – works through the G.C. certification program to gain a base understanding of products and sales techniques. Training – effectively trains learners and communicates information and techniques so that they are retained. RESPONIBILITIES Interact with customers, ensuring a positive customer experience. Service customer‑owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship. Maintain store‑owned gear, as requested. Complete warranty repair work. Additional duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Skilled understanding of repairing guitars. PREFERENCES Foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products.
