Dental Assistant (DA) FT - Chesterfield, MO Michael Grasso DDS is seeking a skilled and compassionate Full-Time Dental Assistant (DA) to join our team. As a Dental Assistant, you will work closely with our dentists and other team members to provide exceptional dental care to our patients as well as perform light administrative duties. We have a small team so each of us is cross‑trained to help in every department. Michael Grasso DDS: 2 West Dr Ste #120, Chesterfield, MO 63017 Schedule Tuesday 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM Thursday 6:45 AM - 4:30 PM Friday 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM (flexible) Our Dedicated Team Includes One FT Registered Dental Hygienist (a few temps on call) Qualifications X‑Ray certification in state of Missouri preferred Coronal Polish/Sealant Certification preferred but not required High school graduate or equivalent Chairside dental assisting with a wide range of general dentistry procedures Sterilization protocols to OSHA regulations CPR certification Computer efficiency - charting and scheduling Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients Integrity‑focused work ethic Team‑player attitude Ability to multi‑task Open‑minded to new systems/techniques, direction and feedback Benefits Full‑time employees (30+ hours per week) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage, as well as access to a variety of voluntary benefits Full‑time employees are eligible for paid time off and holiday pay Part‑time employees working 16+ hours per week are eligible for paid time off All employees may participate in our 401(k) retirement savings plan, which includes a company match Bright Direction Dental is an equal opportunity employer.
