Conduct pediatric patient assessments to determine speech and language disorders using either DAYC-2 or Bayley Scales 4th Edition Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients Provide speech therapy services to patients with various communication disorders, direct in-home Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care as needed Monitor and document patient progress electronically and adjust treatment plans as needed Educate patients and their families on speech and language strategies for improvement Abide by ASHA CFY standards and guidelines for supervision QUALIFICATIONS Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Knowledge of anatomy and physiology related to speech and language Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team BENEFITS Full Medical Coverage (Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Life Insurance) Partial Reimbursement of Licensing (50%) Travel Reimbursement 401K 50% Company Match SERVICE AREA TBD, Subject to therapist preference.
