Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative in the manufacturing industry, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our company and our valued customers across the United States. Minimum Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and issue resolution related to manufacturing products.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as production, quality control, and shipping to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback in the company's CRM system.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and communicate customer feedback to relevant teams.
