What You’ll Do Partner with veterinarians and support staff to provide exceptional patient care. Assist with examinations, treatments, diagnostic procedures, and surgical care. Anticipate the needs of the veterinary team to promote efficient hospital workflow. Use sound clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills when supporting patient care. Communicate compassionately and professionally with clients about their pets' care. Maintain accurate medical records and clearly document treatments and client communication. Help maintain clean, organized, stocked, and treatment-ready clinical areas. Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and follow through to achieve positive outcomes. Support teammates by asking for help when needed and offering help whenever possible. Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional-development opportunities. What You’ll Bring Previous veterinary assistant or veterinary technician experience. An active veterinary technician license for candidates applying as a Licensed Veterinary Technician. A genuine passion for pets, veterinary medicine, and exceptional patient care. Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills. The confidence to take ownership of tasks and responsibilities. A positive, supportive approach grounded in teamwork and mutual respect.
