Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health status, employing standardized diagnostic tools and personal interviews.

  • Develop tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs and circumstances of each client, establishing clear therapeutic goals.

  • Facilitate individual therapy sessions using a range of evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based strategies.

  • Offer teletherapy sessions to ensure accessibility for clients who may face geographical or physical barriers to in-person visits.

  • Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress and therapeutic interventions in compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.

  • Engage actively in continuous professional development through training sessions, workshops, and peer consultations to enhance therapeutic competencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role invites you to work with diverse clientele, including but not limited to adolescents, adults, and families facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and substance use disorders. You will be at the forefront of addressing various mental health needs, providing support to individuals from different backgrounds and experiences, thus contributing significantly to community mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

  • A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

  • A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on creating a trusting and safe therapeutic relationship with clients.

  • Empathetic and compassionate personality with a non-judgmental approach to client interactions and treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

  • Attractive compensation package ranging from $80,000 to $104,000 per year, dependent on experience and caseload.
