Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) | Waukon, IA
Help patients build confidence, independence, and daily living skills through compassionate therapy care. We’re seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join a supportive rehabilitation team in Waukon, IA.
What You’ll Do:
Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed OT
Assist patients in improving functional independence and daily living skills
Document patient progress and treatment responses accurately
Support patient and family education programs
Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver quality patient care
What You’ll Bring:
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Active COTA license or ability to obtain in Iowa
Strong teamwork, communication, and patient care skills
Commitment to safety, compliance, and compassionate care
