Main Position We Are Hiring For:

LINE COOK
Full-Time & Part-Time Available

Takara Ramen Westchester is looking for reliable and hardworking line cooks to join our kitchen team. We are a full-service Japanese ramen and sushi restaurant with a fast-paced, friendly team environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who is responsible, organized, and enjoys working in a busy kitchen.

LINE COOK PAY

$17–$22 per hour
Depending on experience

LINE COOK RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and cook menu items according to our recipes
• Work on the kitchen line during service
• Assist with prep, stocking, and inventory
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and safe
• Work with the kitchen team to keep service running smoothly
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS

• Reliable and punctual
• Hardworking and responsible
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen
• A good team player
• Available evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Restaurant kitchen experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.

ALSO HIRING: DISHWASHER

$15–$20 per hour

• Able to lift and carry heavy items when needed
• Must keep the dish area clean and organized
• Able to follow instructions and work well with the team

ALSO HIRING: SERVER / HOST

We are also hiring friendly and reliable servers for full-time or part-time positions.

SERVER PAY

$2.13 per hour + tips

HOST PAY

$13-15 per hour + tips

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and serve guests in a friendly manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately
• Keep tables and dining area clean
• Process payments
• Work with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
