In this part-time role, you'll help us deliver exceptional service, support customers with their financial needs, and contribute to a team culture built on trust, transparency, and collaboration.

Position Overview

The Customer Service Associate is a part-time role (15-25 hours per week) responsible for delivering friendly, accurate, and efficient service to customers. This position includes rotating Saturday mornings from 9 a.m.-12 p.m.

Key responsibilities include:

• Processing teller transactions with accuracy and professionalism
• Assisting customers with account inquiries, online banking, and research
• Supporting branch operations including ATM/ITM maintenance and daily balancing
• Identifying opportunities to connect customers with helpful bank services
• Providing front-desk support through greeting visitors and answering calls
