Physical Therapy Assistant - Travel Contract

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active North Dakota PTA license required to start the assignment.
• Current BLS/CPR certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility, long term care, or inpatient rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to follow PT treatment plans and document patient progress in electronic medical records preferred.
• Previous experience working with geriatric populations preferred.

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Days: Days.
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks.
• Clinician will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist and may be expected to collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
