Overview MRI Technologist – Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Location: Saratoga Springs, New York Start date: 08/10/2026 Duration: Weeks (travel assignment) Weekly pay: $2,560–$2,658 per week Guaranteed hours: 0.0 Shift: 5x8 Evenings Setting: Hospital imaging department Key Highlights Preferred: Siemens Espree MRI experience Preferred: Epic charting experience Responsibilities Perform MRI exams for adult and pediatric patients, including patient positioning, coil selection, and sequence adjustments to meet clinical indications Administer IV contrast for MRI exams per protocol and monitor patients for any adverse reactions; assist with CT contrast administration when CT exams are performed Ensure high‑quality diagnostic images, verify orders, and communicate findings or concerns with radiologists Maintain meticulous documentation in the Epic system and adhere to department safety and infection‑control protocols Float within the radiology department as needed to support MRI and related imaging services, including CT when credentialed Adhere to safety policies for MRI environments and maintain patient comfort and safety throughout exams Requirements Active ARRT‑MR certification NY State Radiology License (permanent) in‑hand prior to start; temp licenses not acceptable Minimum 2 years MRI experience IV contrast/injection certification CT experience preferred or required if performing CT exams Siemens MRI experience preferred (Espree); Epic charting experience preferred Benefits and Support Travel assignment support from Healthforce Healthcare LLC Credentialing and compliance assistance to prepare for start Dedicated recruiter and assignment management support Orientation scheduling and onboarding coordination #J-18808-Ljbffr
