Hourly Wage: $17 - $30 per hour Additional Compensation: Includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. Stocking associates must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds.
