Associate Dentist Opportunity – Ortisi & Abate | Sterling Heights, MI

Ortisi & Abate is seeking a Full-Time Associate Dentist to join our established, multi-provider practice in Sterling Heights, Michigan. This is a unique opportunity for a dentist looking to grow clinically while working alongside experienced providers who are passionate about mentorship and developing the next generation of dentists .

• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Start Date: ASAP
• Experience Preferred: 3–5 years
• Schedule:
  • Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • 1 Saturday per month: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • If working Saturday, Wednesday is off

The practice currently offers comprehensive dentistry , providing associates with the opportunity to gain experience across a wide variety of procedures.

We welcome dentists with different clinical interests and experience levels. Whether your strengths are in restorative dentistry, endodontics, oral surgery, implants, cosmetic dentistry, or another area, the doctors are happy to mentor and help you develop your skills .

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Michigan dental license (or eligibility to obtain)
• 2–5 years of experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient relationship skills
• Passion for learning and continued clinical development
• Open to mentorship and collaboration
