Job Title: Investment Associate, Data Center Transactions - East Region Company: Prologis A day in the life As an Investment Associate - Data Center Transactions, you will provide analytical and project management support to the Data Center Development Team for acquisitions, redevelopment, and development opportunities within the East region of the United States. You will play a critical role in translating strategic direction into actionable outcomes—ensuring the seamless advancement of acquisitions, redevelopments, and new developments across the data center portfolio. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the Data Center Investment Officer to drive project flow by identifying and developing data center opportunities, including green-field land acquisition, development, and value-add redevelopments. Build and maintain key relationships with third-party vendors, including brokers, architects, contractors, and engineers, to facilitate the successful delivery of data center projects. Identify, present, and assess new investment opportunities within the data center sector, with an emphasis on capitalizing on emerging trends to deliver industry-leading returns.
