NOW HIRING: LINE COOK
Loco Boys Brewing Company is looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our culinary team!
We’re a locally owned, independent brewery and scratch Mexican kitchen in Traverse City, looking for someone who is self-motivated, punctual, and brings a positive attitude.
Responsibilities Include:
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Chop vegetables, prepare sauces and other food preparation.
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Cleaning & occasional dishwashing
- Stock inventory
Qualifications:
- Cooking experience in a commercial kitchen
- Positive attitude in fast paced work environment
- Flexible work availability
- Strong attention to detail
