This role involves developing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and driving revenue growth by building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and maximize revenue.Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews.Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth.Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.Sales Reporting: Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for upper management.
