This position assists the Wellness Director in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating and directing day to day functions of the wellness department. The RN Designee assists in periodic resident assessments and care planning. This is a temporary position. Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of CT with experience working in Assisted Living. Some experience working with dementia required. On-call rotation is required. Must have strong leadership, supervisory skills and good communication skills. This position supervises and mentors nursing staff. Must have an RN Degree, with at least two years of full time or full time equivalent clinical experience in nursing. At least 1 year of experience with a home health care agency or community health program that included care of the sick is preferred.
