Licensed Practical Nurse

Role Overview: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide patient support, assist medical staff, and ensure smooth clinic operations. Key Responsibilities: Greet patients, prepare them for examinations, record health histories, and note abnormalities. Assist with supplies, equipment, and procedures, including administering injections and medications. Observe and report patient conditions and reactions to treatments. Maintain accurate patient records, schedule tests, coordinate referrals, and obtain pre-authorizations. Collect lab specimens, deliver results, and communicate with patients regarding test outcomes. Restock and clean exam rooms, follow infection control policies, and manage inventory of medications and supplies. Support provider during physical exams, instruct patients and families, and handle phone triage and referrals. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program. Licensed as an LPN in accordance with state regulations. Preferred experience in hospital or clinical settings.
