Front Desk Member Concierge/ Host

Job Description

Full time and part time
Must be 21 - we do serve beer, wine and liquor
Flexible schedule but must be able to work some nights, weekends, and holidays. Occasional overtime may be required.
Ability to work in a dynamic and fun shop environment.
Well-developed interpersonal skills to communicate effectively to members, guests, supervisors, and staff.
Greet visitors warmly and professionally, providing excellent customer service at all times
Manage multi-line phone systems,
Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, or in person with clear communication and professionalism
Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and accessible
Additional cleaning duties and laundry
Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently for team members or clients
