Finance and Administration Executive

To support a growing multi-brand platform, the full-time salaried Finance and Administration Executive will manage core Finance Shared Services functions, including Accounts Payable, Procurement, Payroll, Benefits Administration, Workers' Compensation, and Corporate Real Estate, while collaborating closely with the CFO and business unit leaders in a virtual setting. Key Responsibilities Oversee Accounts Payable operations, ensuring timely processing and strong vendor relationships Lead the procurement team to establish structured spend management and implement a formal purchase order process Manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure compliance with regulations across a multi-state workforce Required Qualifications 12+ years of progressive finance and operations experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role Experience in a PE-backed, multi-site, multi-entity environment preferred Demonstrated expertise in two or more core functional areas: AP, payroll, benefits, workers' comp, procurement, or real estate Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks such as ACA, ERISA, and multi-state payroll regulations Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required; MBA or CPA a plus
