Physical Therapy Assistant (45–55 Per Hour) Full-Time | Los Angeles, CA | School-Based | school year About the Role: Plan and deliver specialized therapy techniques through individual or group sessions to meet the goals outlined in the Individual Education Plans (IEP). Provide therapy to children aged 0 to 22 with various medical diagnoses, including orthopedic impairments and developmental disorders. Partner with a Physical Therapist to discuss and refine treatment plans, ensuring supervision and alignment with therapeutic goals. Engage with parents to incorporate their child’s therapy program into daily routines. Data Collection & Documentation: Complete and maintain accurate documentation for all student therapy sessions and progress. Time Off Management for Full-Time School Employees: Employees encouraged to schedule time off during school breaks. Time off requests will be reviewed and approved by the supervisor to ensure minimal disruption to normal operations. What We’re Looking For: Must Have: Current Physical Therapy Assistant License in the state where services are delivered. DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Preferred: One year of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
