Front Office Supervisor

As a Front Office Supervisor , you'll be a key leader in delivering exceptional hospitality while fostering a positive, supportive environment for both guests and colleagues. In this role, you'll oversee the daily operations of the Front Desk and Guest Services teams, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome, personalized service, and a seamless arrival and departure experience. You'll lead by example, coach and develop team members, and help create a culture of service excellence. What You'll Do Lead and support Front Desk and Guest Services colleagues during daily operations. Train, coach, and mentor team members to deliver Hyatt's exceptional service standards. Foster a welcoming, collaborative, and high-performing team environment. Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment. Monitor cash handling procedures, shift audits, and operational controls. Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and maintaining efficient front office operations. Ensure colleagues are knowledgeable about hotel services, amenities, and local recommendations. Partner with other hotel departments to deliver a seamless guest experience. Maintain Hyatt brand standards while driving guest satisfaction and operational excellence. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership position ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, solving problems, and creating memorable guest experiences. Schedule This is a full-time, hourly position reporting to the Front Office Manager. The weekly schedule includes two (2) overnight shifts and three (3) daytime shifts , with availability required for weekends and holidays. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of front desk or hotel Rooms operations experience preferred A true desire to care for people and create exceptional guest experiences Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Service-oriented approach with a hands-on leadership style Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds Attention to detail and ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand for long periods and lift, push, or pull moderate weight as needed Dependable, flexible, and committed to teamwork Ability to work overnight, weekends and holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr
