Responsibilities Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrate and explain product features. Provide outstanding customer service on all interactions. Meet or exceed sales targets and increase customer satisfaction. Assist customers with account statements, bill payment, and service changes. Act as a brand ambassador for Comcast/Xfinity products. Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information. Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to adjust to flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes and move around the store. Strong communication, critical thinking, problem solving, and customer‑focused skills.
