About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Engineering to spearhead the growth and development of its technical organization. The successful candidate will be a key executive, instrumental in defining and executing the engineering strategy, and will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing engineering team that embodies the company's values and mission. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in high-growth tech environments, particularly in fintech or related industries, and a deep technical expertise in modern architectures and cloud-based platforms. The VP of Engineering will be at the forefront of shaping the company's engineering culture, ensuring the delivery of secure, scalable, and reliable products, and fostering a strong engineering team that is committed to technical excellence and continuous improvement.
