IT Support & Data Analyst

Salary: $55,000 - 75,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline.
• We need proficiency in Python and SQL for data handling, along with familiarity with ASP.NET and C# for web development.
• We look for hands-on experience using AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Copilot in a professional or project setting.
• We expect experience creating dashboards in Power BI or Tableau and querying databases for operational reporting.
• We value strong problem-solving skills and clear technical communication.
• Preferred: professional experience with ASP.NET, C#, Java, JavaScript, or R.
• Preferred: experience with process mining or workflow tools such as Celonis or KNIME.
• Preferred: familiarity with financial services, brokerage operations, trade lifecycles, or securities regulations; Series 7/63 is a plus.

• We provide hardware and software support, including troubleshooting, configuration, upgrades, and new user onboarding across the organization.
• We act as the internal point of contact between outsourced IT providers and software or development vendors, managing communication, escalations, and accountability.
• We deploy and manage AI tools to automate tasks and improve team productivity.
• We write and maintain Python and SQL scripts for data extraction, reporting, and automated analysis.
• We troubleshoot and enhance our internal ASP.NET and C# intranet, including SQL database administration.
• We build Power BI or Tableau dashboards and query databases to support data-driven decisions.
• We identify operational inefficiencies using tools such as Celonis or KNIME and recommend process improvements.
• We inventory and document systems and technical workflows in a way that is clear for non-technical teams.
