Summary \r The Ambassador delivers a warm, service-first welcome to clients and sets the tone for their visit to Tiffany at South Coast Plaza. Stationed throughout the store, the Ambassador connects with clients through concierge-style interactions and storytelling to elevate the in-store experience. This role supports the client journey by directing guests, collaborating with Client Advisors, and representing the Tiffany brand on the sales floor. \r Responsibilities \r \r Greet and welcome all clients in a warm and courteous manner to create an exemplary luxury experience. \r Use storytelling to share knowledge of the World of Tiffany and inspire client interest. \r Attend to and direct internal and external clients throughout South Coast Plaza, partnering clients with appropriate Client Advisors. \r Support hospitality, tours, and selling events, including door coverage, elevator operation, and back-of-house support as needed. \r Manage floor waiting lists, execute floor efficiencies, and communicate potential service issues to management. \r Share client interactions and impressions with management and collaborate effectively within the store team. \r \r Requirements \r \r Minimum of 2 years of retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-facing experience (hospitality, museum/gallery, etc.). \r Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. \r Authorization to work in the United States. \r Preferred: college/university degree with a fine or performing arts focus, GIA coursework, or ability to speak multiple languages. \r #J-18808-Ljbffr
