Job Full Description Express is seeking a Restoration Technician! $18/hr +
Restoration technicians help people recover after they've experienced property damage from a disaster. These experts will assess damages and recover what is still salvageable. Afterward, they can begin cleaning the property, removing debris, and beginning repairs.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform services as assigned, following production guidelines. Communicate with staff and customers to make sure all needs are met. Identify safety hazards. Establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants. Manage job site and documentation to ensure complete and accurate project details. Clean and maintain service vehicles, equipment, and warehouse.
The technician's responsibilities include monitoring and servicing systems, diagnosing problems and troubleshooting equipment, running tests and completing reports, updating and improving existing systems, and repairing or replacing faulty equipment

- Assess property damaged by fire, water, mold, and weather disasters
- Clean and store salvageable belongings and property
- Remove and replace damaged drywall, plumbing, and related materials
- Perform water mitigation and extraction services
- Decontaminate and deodorize indoor space
- Repair and restore the structure
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record.
- High school diploma/GED. Experience in mitigation/restoration preferred.
- Available to work evening and weekend hours.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
