Overview:
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Automotive Aftermarket Specialist. In this role, you will perform window tint installations and a variety of aftermarket modifications on vehicles. No prior experience is required—we provide full training. Key Responsibilities:

• Install automotive window tint and perform other aftermarket upgrades (e.g., blackout packages, vinyl accents, lighting, emblems)

• Prep and clean vehicle surfaces for optimal installation

• Learn and apply techniques using provided tools and materials

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Communicate with team members to complete jobs efficiently and on time

• Ensure high-quality results that meet customer and dealership standards

Qualifications:

• No experience required—training will be provided

• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work

• Good hand-eye coordination and comfort using hand tools

• Reliable, self-motivated, and punctual

• Willingness to learn and follow instructions

• Comfortable working on your feet and in/around vehicles for extended periods

Compensation:

• Hourly base pay

• Commission paid for each completed job
