Global Placement Firm is proud to partner with a leading Level I Trauma Center in Miami, FL, to place a skilled Trauma Operating Room Registered Nurse (Trauma OR RN) into a high-impact, fast-paced surgical environment.

As a Trauma OR RN, you will provide critical intraoperative care to patients experiencing complex, life-threatening injuries. Youll work alongside top trauma surgeons and interdisciplinary teams to deliver rapid, precise, and compassionate care.

You will be responsible for managing a caseload of trauma patients during surgical procedures, ensuring strict adherence to sterile protocols, safety standards, and surgical best practices.

Deliver direct and specialized nursing care to trauma patients during surgical interventions

Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs to ensure seamless coordination during procedures

Prepare and maintain sterile surgical environments and instruments

Document patient care activities accurately and in real time

Maintain knowledge of surgical techniques, emergency protocols, and instrumentation

Support post-operative handoffs and transitions to appropriate recovery units

Remain calm and effective under pressure in high-stress, time-sensitive situations

Current Florida RN license or recognized compact licensure (per Florida Board of Nursing requirements)

Graduate of an accredited nursing program Required

BLS and ACLS certifications (or obtained within 30 days of hire) Required

Minimum 2 years of acute care experience in Trauma OR or Operating Room Required

Strong clinical judgment, quick decision-making, and teamwork skills

Full-Time Nights

Rotating Weekends flexibility required for trauma coverage needs

Hourly Rate: $39.57 $53.34 (Based on 17+ years of experience)

Sign-On Bonus: May be available on a case-by-case basis
