• FT Bread Baker 4am - 12:30pm
• PT Sandwich/Prep Cook 7am - 3:30pm, Fri - Sun
• FT Pastry Cook 7am - 3:30pm (5 x 8hrs) or 9am - 7:30pm (4 x 10hrs)
• FT Pastry Sous Chef
• FT Lead Barista 7:15am - 3:45pm

Have an eye for detail and take pride in precise, consistent work
Are a self-starter who's professional, reliable and easy to work alongside
Are excited to grow your skills as part of a close team
Are open to honest conversations —whether that means giving or receiving feedback, or raising a concern before it becomes a bigger problem
Have experience (preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate for entry-level roles)
