Base Salary: $65,000 to $70,000 per year
SSP America is hiring a Restaurant General Manager to lead a full-service restaurant and bar inside Lubbock Preston Smith International Airport (LBB) in Lubbock, Texas. You will run daily restaurant operations, lead the bar program, manage a hospitality team, and own financial results in a fast-paced airport location.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $65,000 to $70,000 per year
- Bonus: quarterly performance bonus plus an annual super bonus plan

What You Bring
- Minimum 3 years as a full-service restaurant general manager
- Bar or beverage program management experience (preferred)
- Strong financial and operational skills, including profit and loss ownership
- Ability to manage fast-paced, multi-priority environments
- Experience leading and developing diverse teams
- A service-focused mindset built on coaching and accountability
- Availability for a flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
