What We Need From You:

• 2+ years of clinical outpatient experience (post-residency)
• Current, unrestricted AZ State license (or eligibility)
• Board certification/eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Certification in BLS or ACLS
• Active DEA registration (or eligibility)
• Active Medicare/Medicaid enrollment (or eligibility)
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Comfort with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems (Athena preferred)
