What We Need From You:

2+ years of clinical outpatient experience (post-residency)
Current, unrestricted AZ State license (or eligibility)
Board certification/eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Certification in BLS or ACLS
Active DEA registration (or eligibility)
Active Medicare/Medicaid enrollment (or eligibility)
Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
Comfort with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems (Athena preferred)
