In Home Caregiver / Personal Care Assistant

Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care, hygiene, and daily living activities
- Provide medication reminders
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities
- Support and participate in outings and activities
- Follow individualized care plans and complete required documentation
Qualifications
- Caregiving, residential care, healthcare, or CNA experience preferred (not required)
- Valid driver's license and proof of current auto insurance
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to travel as needed
- Able to pass a background check
