Senior Revenue Operations Leader

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Leader to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This role will own the operational framework that supports revenue planning, forecasting, and CRM governance across the sales organization. You will partner closely with revenue leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve visibility, align execution, and support growth decisions. The position will also help shape territory design, compensation planning, and the reporting discipline that keeps the business operating from a single source of truth. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $175,000 – $190,000 annually Responsibilities Own and maintain CRM architecture and data hygiene throughout the sales cycle Develop and uphold a bottoms-up capacity model for growth targets Provide a single source of truth for revenue reporting to the executive team Manage the end-to-end forecasting process with clear stage-exit criteria Lead a weekly Demand Council to align on revenue strategies Track competitive presence within the pipeline Collaborate with the CRO on territory design and compensation plans Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in Revenue Operations or a related field Proven ability to build and defend data models for business decisions Experience as a strategic advisor to revenue leaders Hands-on experience with AI tools integrated into CRM systems Strong understanding of sales forecasting and capacity modeling Ability to drive cross-functional initiatives without direct ownership Familiarity with Salesforce administration and data connectivity Benefits Comprehensive health and wellness programs Flexible work arrangements Professional development opportunities Collaborative and innovative work environment Performance-based bonuses Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
