Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Tuition Reimbursement Career Growth Opportunities Health Insurance Professional Association Dues Responsibilities Clinical Procedures Conduct patient assessments, including medical history reviews and physical examinations. Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs. Perform chiropractic adjustments and other therapeutic procedures. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Patient Communication and Education Explain the required education for Day 1, 2, and 3 procedures effectively. Explain Pain Neuroscience Education and the biopsychosocial effects of health conditions (this education will be provided). Explain diagnoses and treatment plans to patients. Educate patients on wellness practices, exercises and lifestyle changes. Address patient concerns and questions. Marketing and Community Outreach Network with both open and closed business groups (BNI, Canton Biz Club, Ball Ground Biz Club, Cherokee Chamber/Pickens County Chamber). Participate in community events to promote the clinic. Develop social media content. Ideally posts 1x/day. Network with other healthcare providers and businesses for referrals. Conduct workshops, corporate massage events, dinners or seminars on chiropractic care and wellness topics. Administrative Responsibilities Collaborate with office staff for scheduling appointments and managing patient follow-ups. Collaborate with office staff to ensure efficient clinic operations. Assist in billing and insurance claims processing, if applicable. Collaborate with office staff for ordering supplies and maintaining clinic equipment. Professional Development Stay current with advancements in chiropractic care and related fields. Attend conferences, workshops and continuing education courses. Maintain required certifications and licenses. Quality Control and Compliance Ensure that daily, weekly and monthly stats are honest and completed in a timely manner. Participate in regular quality assurance reviews. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations. Comply with ethical guidelines and professional standards. Team Collaboration Work with other clinic staff, including chiropractors, therapists and administrative personnel. Participate in team meetings and contribute to clinic policies and strategies. Provide mentorship or guidance to new staff or interns. Feedback and Improvement Initiatives Gather patient feedback to improve service quality. Implement new techniques or services based on patient needs and industry trends. If new technique or procedure is to be implemented, please follow the established S.O.P. Participate in initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and clinic efficiency. Requirements Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited chiropractic college. Valid Georgia chiropractic license. Proficiency in upper cervical specific techniques (e.g., Blair, Grostic, Orthospinology, etc.). Excellent diagnostic and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to connect with patients. A genuine passion for holistic health and patient well-being.
